1 Volt Stock Production

3 Structure of the Screw Forming Machine
The forming machine consists of a drive device, feeding device, cutting device, forging device, pushing device, processing device, and so on.
The drive device is mainly powered by the main generator, delivering power to each drive mechanism. It operates through a pneumatic clutch, timing gears, and cams.
The feeding device consists of a straightener, conveyor roller, and feeding drive device. The straightener is used to straighten bent coils. The conveyor roller is used to place the wire between the rollers. The feeding driver is used to adjust the transmission stroke of the wire and ensures that the transmission length of the wire meets the specified requirements through the transmission driver.
The processing program of the forming machine is as follows. 1) After being calibrated by the straightening roller, the material end face that is transmitted by the feeding roller stops when it contacts the block. Then, it is cut to the specified length by the cutting machine. The cut stock will later be transported to the position of the pusher. 2) The stock is pushed out of the cutting machine using the pusher, and after being listed, it is clamped by the first process conveyor belt robot. 3) The stock is transferred to the first die position through the conveyor device, where it can enter the die for shaping using the first weighing. After shaping, it is pushed out of the die and clamped by the second transfer robot after being listed. 4) Subsequent processes will repeat the work of these three processes, forming the specified shape in the final process.
